Usher Agro Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2009, inter alia, has appointed Mr. N. Krishnan, Nominee Director of IDBI Ltd. as an Additional Director on the Board. He is a Non-executive and independent Director.
Further, the Board has noted and accepted the resignation placed by Mr. Vinod Kumar Khanna, a Non-executive and independent Director w.e.f. October 12, 2009.
